Our food is always cooked to order. We have non-smoking outdoor dining by our marina on 2 decks with a sidle-up bar. Our indoor dining room is smoke-free and air-conditioned or heated depending on New England weather. We also have a lounge where cigarette smoking is permitted and the full restaurant menu is served.

The Orchard Street Chop Shop is housed in the original Dover Firehouse. Built in 1865 for the horse-drawn fire trucks, it is one of the oldest historic landmarks in the city. It was used as the firehouse up until the 1970's when it was converted to the Firehouse I restaurant. It has been a restaurant ever since.

The Dover Brick House opened in September 2004. Owner Chris Otash and General Contractor Jeff Halldorson decided to turn this old vacant, historic building into a great new location for live music. With a little help from Birchwood rental properties and a few friends construction began in late March 2004.
